Here’s a list of suppliers that I use regularly.
Acidophilus supplement: If you cannot digest milk products, be sure to take an acidophilus replacement every day. If you can digest yogurt, by all means go that route. Homemade yogurt is the very best for you, tastes the best, and is really easy to make. Look under recipes for directions on how to make your own yogurt. Nature’s Way Primadophilus Optima has no milk products in it and works quite well. You can get it through VitaCost
Candida Cleanse by Rainbow Light, purchase it at Amazon.
Cell Salts: 1-800homeopathy.com for cell salts. You can request a paper catalog. These are tiny pills made of nothing but what is already found in nature plus a little lactose. I use the bioplasma for nighttime leg cramps, and they really work! Take them as soon as you get a cramp and see if they don’t help you too. I’ve also had good results with the women’s pills for PMS.
Essential Oils: Forces of Nature I’ve been happy with several of their essential oil combinations. You might also try Native American Nutritionals.
Evening Primrose Oil: Evening Primrose Oil helps rebuild the immune system. You can find it at VitaCost.
Flax Hull Lignans: NatureRich has a flax hull lignan supplement that is very good. They also carry a liquid vitamin/mineral supplement that is one of the best. For organic whole flax seeds, try Country Life Natural Foods.
Gerson Therapy: Check out the Gerson webpage, it has some very interesting information that you may want to study up on and try.
Omega – 3: Take an Omega-3 EPA fish oil supplement. Carlson is the brand I’m currently using; you can buy it at VitaCost.
Psyillium Husk: Psyllium husk is available from Country Life Natural Foods and bentonite clay can be purchased from Amazon. I take ½ teaspoon of each of these, mix them together in a small bowl, then add them to 1 cup water in a pint-sized canning jar. Put the lid on tightly and shake for a bit, then add another cup of water. Stir then drink.
Vitamin Supplements: Take a vitamin C and A supplement, as both of these are very important. I’ve used TwinLab Super C for a long time and it agrees with me very well. It’s a powder that you can stir into water. They sell it at Amazon or Vitacost. Schiff has a nice Vitamin A supplement called Beta-Carotene that works well for me, also available at Amazon or VitaCost. Always take a good vitamin/mineral replacement. Having Candida makes it more difficult for you to get the most out of your food, so this is important. I’ve tried lots of different brands and many don’t agree with me for one reason or the other. The one I’m currently using is by Rainbow Light, called Women’s Nutritional System. They have many vitamin/mineral supplements for men and women. You can find their products at Amazon. You can get a good liquid vitamin/mineral supplement from NatureRich.
Yeast-Cleanse by Solaray. Available from Lucky Vitamin The recommended dosage is 6 capsules per day. I simply keep the bottle on the counter and take it whenever I think of it (which is usually about twice per day). The capsules can be taken with a glass of water or with a meal.
